So here are some things that consistently work to dissipate
this anger:
- Punching things
- Punching people
- Breaking things
- Hurting people
- Hurting myself
And now for some things that sometimes work to dissipate my
anger:
- Writing
- Drawing
- Screaming
- crying
And things that never work:
- Holding it in
- Telling myself to stop
- Someone else telling me to stop
